20 additional COVID-19 cases were reported by the Ministry of Health for all of Sunday.
One more death also occurred, while seven persons were discharged.
Active cases are currently at 1,492 while the number of deaths are now up to 34.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 2,250 cases of the virus in T&T, of which 724 of those persons have fully recovered.
In its 10am report on Sunday, the Ministry of Health noted that of the persons currently being treated at hospital, six were in the Intensive Care Unit and 13 were in the High Dependency Unit.
1,326 active patents are currently under home isolation, with County Medical Officers of Health monitoring their recovery progress.
