The Roadmap to Recovery Committee has given government four objectives to focus on in its first report.
The committee was set in April up to make recommendations to help the country deal with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The objectives of the report, which was laid in Parliament today, are: leaving no one behind in social support, retaining and creating jobs, boosting aggregate demand and minimizing and remediating supply disruptions.
Laying the report, Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley says the committee also listed nine ways to best accomplish these goals.
The Prime Minister says the second report from the committee is expected to be completed shortly and should include many of the public’s recommendations.
