Former FBI exec joins TTPS to fight homicides and gangs

    Former FBI executive Robert Clark has been sworn in as an SRP with the rank of Senior Superintendent, to help the TTPS battle homicides and gang crimes.

    The Police Service says Mr Clark was responsible for dealing with gangs and violence in Los Angeles.

    According to his alma mater, Youngstown State University, he became a special agent by 1995, first in Chicago, then on protection detail for the attorney general in Washington D.C.

    In 2004, he was promoted to FBI headquarters and three years later was assigned to Los Angeles to help fight the MS-13 gang.
