Homicide Bureau officers commended by PCA for probing a police shooting


    The Police Complaints Authority has commended members of the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region 3, for their diligence in investigating the death of Adalle Gilbert.

    It is alleged that Gilbert was fatally shot by police officers on October 20th 2016 and on Monday, two were charged for the murder.

    The PCA says it rigorously monitored the police probe and liaised with Senior Superintendent Galindo, after getting information about the incident.

    Meanwhile, the Authority assures the public that police officers will be held accountable if they commit criminal offences or are involved in corruption, misconduct and other related matters.
