Man charged with murder of URP supervisor


    A 24 year old Sangre Grande man has been charged with the murder of a URP supervisor.

    44 year old Preston Brian Taylor and another man were at the Eastern Main Road in Sangre Grande on February 10th, when they were approached by a lone gunman who shot at them.

    The victim was hit in the neck and chest and died at the scene, while the other man was hit in the neck.

    The suspect was arrested the same day.

    He is also facing charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm and ammunition.
