A 25-year-old Moruga man has been charged with the Boxing Day murder of a gardener.
The victim is 40-year-old Damien Mollineau of Edward Trace, Moruga.
Mollineau was in his garden on Thursday 26th December 2019, when he was shot about the body by a gunman.
He later died at hospital.
The accused reportedly gave himself up to officers of the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region 3 on Monday 18th May 2020.
He is expected to appear before a Rio Claro Magistrate via video-conferencing tomorrow.
