NGO to host anti-crime prayer and thanksgiving service

The Rose Foundation, a local NGO concerned about the crime situation, will host a prayer and thanksgiving service at Woodford Square, Port of Spain on Saturday July 20th.

According to a statement from its cofounders, Sterling and Marcia Belgrove, it is believed that through prayer and thanksgiving, the unfortunate tide of events will turn.

They say, as believers in Jesus Christ, they have a spiritual responsibility “to stand in the gap for our nation.”

The event takes place from 10am to 3pm.

The Belgroves say Thanksgiving tables will be laid out for all to partake in as the service is open to the public.
