“Priority offender” held with guns, ammo and drugs in Tobago


    A man police describe as a priority offender has been arrested in Tobago for firearm, ammunition and drug possession.

    Scarborough CID officers today carried out multiple searches in Old Grange, Scarborough and Mt. St. George.

    While searching the Village Street home of the 43 year old suspect, they found one Sig Sauer pistol, a Smith and Wesson revolver, 77 rounds of ammunition and 2.1 grams of marijuana all hidden in biker jackets.

    The suspect, who was held in the past in connection with robberies and firearm offences, was immediately arrested.
