Employees, including construction workers, can now apply for the Finance Ministry’s Salary Relief Grant for June 2021.
According to the Ministry, the site at portal.finance.gov.tt/home/ has been reopened and deadline for application is midnight on June 30th.
It specifically states that members of the construction sector are now invited to apply.
The Ministry also says persons who successfully completed and submitted an application for May do not have to re-apply for June.

On the grant’s website, it says eligible persons whose income was suspended/terminated at the beginning of May, will receive $1,500 for the month of May and $1,500 for the month of June.
Meanwhile, persons whose income was suspended/terminated from May 8th will receive $1,000 for the month of May and $1,500 for the month of June.
