A Sea Lots man has appeared in court charged with the use of insulting language and resisting arrest.
According to the TTPS, 20 year old Ronaldo Burke of Production Avenue is the son of a “community leader”.
He was arrested shortly before 7am on Wednesday, after first using insulting language against officers on patrol in the area, and then resisting attempts to arrest him.
Burke appeared in the Port of Spain 3rd Magistrates’ Court today, where he pleaded not guilty and was granted $10,000 bail with surety.
The matter was adjourned to March 11th 2020.
