Young: Scratch bomb ban will be “extensive”


    Government’s proposed ban on scratch bombs will be as extensive as can be.

    Last week it was announced that Cabinet took a decision to outlaw the explosive devices.

    However, speaking today, National Security Minister Stuart Young revealed that there are items which are not considered “scratch bombs” that should be looked at.

    Meanwhile, Mr Young says he has no reason to doubt the police service’s ability to enforce the law when it comes into place.
