Archer and Leach fire but Australia hang on for draw

    Australia have hung on for a draw in the 2nd Ashes Test despite fine spells of bowling by Jofra Archer and Jack Leach.

    England declared today and set the visitors a target of 267 in 48 overs at Lord’s.

    The chase was pegged back several times as Archer took 3/32 and Leach grabbed 3/37.

    But Marnus Labuschagne and Travis Head made 59 and 42 not out respectively.

    They managed to help Australia to 154/6 by the time stumps were called on the 5th and final day.

    Australia have a 1-0 lead going into the Headingly Test that starts on Thursday.
