West Indies and India shared a roller-coaster Day 1 of the 1st Test in Antigua.

Kemar Roach led the show with the ball after West Indies sent India in to bat.

He took 3/34, Shannon Gabriel grabbed 2/49 and Roston Chase took 1/42 as India made 203/6 on a rain affect 1st day.

That score is quite impressive, considering they were 25/3 at one point, with skipper Virat Kohli back in the pavilion.

The fightback was led by Ajinkya Rahane (81), KL Rahul (44) and Hanuma Vihari (32).

This 1st Test marks the beginning of the World Test Championship for both sides, where each match is worth points that can help Test teams climb a table.

At the end of the championship season, the top two teams will face off to decide the champs of Test cricket.
