Nicholas Pooran will be vice-captain for the three T20 Internationals while Roston Chase has been named vice-captain for the two World Test Championship matches in New Zealand.
Chase is new to the role while Pooran continues after being first named vice-captain for this format in the series against Afghanistan in 2019.
Chase welcomed the appointment, saying his focus will be offer support to the captain, coach and other players as they try to plan strategy and put more wins on the board.
Pooran meanwhile is hoping to build on recent successes, and is optimistic about the team’s prospects against New Zealand.
Kieron Pollard remains as Captain of the T20 squad, while Jason Holder skippers the Test Squad for the series.
