Rain ruins India-New Zealand World Cup clash

Rainfall is leading the 2019 ICC World Cup as on Thursday the tournament suffered its third abandoned match due to the bad weather, in addition to a match that ended with no-result.

Today’s much-anticipated clash was India versus New Zealand at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, as both teams are the only two to remain undefeated in the WC so far.

And that remains as they will earn a point each for the abandoned game and remain without a defeat so far.

New Zealand still holds the top spot on the leaderboard, followed by Australia, India and England in second, third and fourth place, respectively.

Tomorrow’s game is scheduled as England vs. West Indies at Southampton.
