Cricket West Indies has named an unchanged 13-member West Indies Women squad to face Australia Women in three T20 Internationals at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.
The matches will be played on September 14th, 16th and 18th.
The team consists of the same thirteen players who were selected for the third ODI versus Australia Women in Antigua on September 11th.
The team will be captained by Stafanie Taylor.
Young debutants Shabika Gajnabi and Sheneta Grimmond impressed selectors and spectators alike with their fearless approach to the Aussies – the pair posted one of the highest West Indies Women’s partnerships of 59 runs in the ODI series.
Britney Cooper who replaced Kycia Knight who suffered a lower back injury in the first match, made an instant impact during the team’s fielding in the third match.
The West Indies Women will play Australia in three T20Is at 7:00pm each match day.
Tickets are available to buy online via the Buy Tickets button on www.windiescricket.com and at the local box office at the Kensington Oval. Tickets cost just US $5.00/ BD$10.00.
