Shai Hope starred with the bat as the Windies pulled off a thrilling 4 wicket victory over Bangladesh today, to level the ODI series.
After losing the toss and being sent in to bat first, the hosts had a fairly solid showing, with fifties from Tamim Iqbal (50), Mushfiqur Rahim (62) and Shakib Al Hasan (65).
Oshane Thomas grabbed 3 for 54, as Bangladesh piled on 255 for 7 in 50 overs.
In reply, the Windies lost Chandrapaul Hemraj early, with wickets falling at regular intervals afterward.
Hope though batted through the entire innings, making 146 not out to see his side to 256/6, with two deliveries to spare.
The series is tied at one apiece and will be decided with the 3rd ODI, which will be played on December 14th.
